Our attorneys are experienced in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of contracts involved in the construction industry, including prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, master agreements, design services agreements, consultant agreements, joint venture agreements, and partnership agreements. Lien, Bond and Payment Claims. Our attorneys are experienced with filing, prosecuting and defending construction lien claims, bond claims, and payment claims on public and private projects. We are also experienced in assisting in the exercise of suspension of work, termination and withholding of payment rights. Delay, Impact and Other Construction Claims. Our work involves preparation, review, presentation and resolution of claims for additional compensation and other damages due to various events encountered during a construction project, including changes, defective work, differing site conditions, impacts and delays.
